About Us

Beit Shalom Sydney

Beit Shalom Sydney is a Messianic Fellowship in Sydney. We meet together weekly for Bible studies from a Messianic Perspective.

Beit Shalom Sydney is Hebrew for the “House of Peace”. We are a unique fellowship made up of Jewish and Gentile people who are believers in Yeshua as the promised Messiah of Israel. Beit Shalom Sydney is part of a worldwide Messianic Jewish movement of hundreds of fellowships.

As a Messianic fellowship, we are committed to celebrating our faith in Yeshua in a way that reflects our scriptural Jewish heritage. Being a fellowships of Jews and Gentiles, we testify to the peace that God has brought into our lives through Yeshua.

In the New Covenant Scriptures, in the book of John, a Jewish man exclaimed, “We have found Him of whom Moses and the prophets have written, Yeshua of Nazareth!” and this is our testimony as well.

If you don’t know Yeshua as your Messiah, we encourage you to search out the Scriptures for yourself. God promised in the book of Jeremiah, “You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”

Building a Messianic Community of Jews and Gentiles who are a living testimony for Messiah Yeshua.

In all things we wish to honour and glorify God through Messiah Yeshua.

We believe that love must undergird all aspects of our ministry and community.

We value discipling believers in a way that develops spiritual integrity.

We value a vibrant, worshipping environment that expresses our Messianic-Jewish heritage.

We are committed to ministry that earnestly seeks to be culturally and spiritually relevant to the Jewish people we are wishing to reach.

We are an integral part of the Body of Messiah worldwide made up of both Jews and Gentiles.

We uphold Jewish and Gentile believers as equal members of the body and value a fellowship that recognises the worth of each individual.

We believe that God specially and individually gifts all members of the fellowship for works of service and ministry.

Daniel & Monica
Daniel was a Medical doctor but things changed for him and his wife Monica when their eldest daughter Danna was diagnosed with a brain tumor and later went to be with Jesus at the age of 7. In his grace, God used those painful circumstances to call them to full-time ministry, and they went to Dallas Theological Seminary, where Daniel graduated with a Master in Theology with dual emphasis in Hebrew Scriptures and New Testament.

Daniel and Monica have served with Chosen People Ministries in Dallas, Texas, where Daniel was an intern pastor at the Messianic Jewish fellowship Baruch HaShem, from 2019-2022. Recently they relocated to Sydney, to join the work of Celebrate Messiah Australia as pastors of the Messianic fellowship Beit Shalom Sydney – ‘to the Jew first, and also to the Greek’.
